Eligibility Criteria
- Users must have participated in the Ethena Shard Campaign and accumulated “shards” over the 6-week period.
- Users who unstake, unlock, or sell all their USDe before April 1st will NOT be eligible.
- The top 2000 wallets (by shard count) and Pendle YT holders will have 50% of their ENA subject to a 6-month vesting schedule.
- Users must maintain their USDe balance at or above their March 26th snapshot balance to receive their full vesting allocation.
- Certain NFT holders (SchizoPosters & Redacted Remilio Babies) will receive 3% of the initial airdrop (0.15% of total supply).
- Users who fully exited Ethena’s pools before the snapshot lost all their shards and are ineligible.
- Users who unstaked before March 26 but did not sell their USDe remain eligible.

Additional Information
- ENA will be used for governance decisions regarding Ethena’s risk management, exchange integrations, and protocol operations.
- The vesting schedule for the top 2000 wallets includes a pro-rata mechanism where users lose a proportional amount of unvested ENA if they reduce their USDe balance.
- The next incentive campaign, “Sats Campaign,” will run for 5 months, rewarding users who participate in Ethena with BTC-backed incentives.
- Unclaimed ENA after 30 days will be redistributed to active Ethena participants.
