Eligibility Criteria
Participants needed to fulfill several conditions to qualify for the Lisk airdrop:
1. Wallet Setup
- Must use an EVM-compatible wallet (e.g., MetaMask, Rabby, or Phantom) connected to the Lisk network.
- Adding Lisk Mainnet to the wallet might require bridging ETH from Ethereum Mainnet or another Layer 2 network to cover transaction fees.
2. Guild Verification (Anti-Sybil Protection)
To prevent fraudulent claims, users had to meet at least two of the following conditions:
- Complete a standard CAPTCHA verification (anti-spam check).
- Have at least 30 followers on X (Twitter).
- Own a Discord account created before June 1, 2024.
- Own a GitHub account created before June 1, 2024.
- Have a Gitcoin Passport with a Unique Humanity Score above 20.
- Verify their account with Base (a blockchain network).
3. Proof of Humanity (Post-Season 1 Requirement)
Since February 28, 2025, users had to complete a Proof of Humanity step before receiving rewards. Options included:
- A Nomis score greater than 10 (requires minting a Soulbound Token, which costs around $5).
- A Gitcoin Passport score greater than 20.
This step ensured only genuine users received rewards and applied to Season 1 payouts occurring March 24–31, 2025.
4. Task Completion (Earning Points)
Users had to engage with the Lisk Airdrop Portal (portal.lisk.com) to earn points by:
- Exploring decentralized applications (dApps) on Lisk.
- Interacting with smart contracts.
- Bridging ETH to the Lisk network (minimal fees apply).
- Completing “Supertasks” (special tasks released biweekly with partners like Oku.Trade or Ionic).
5. Referral Codes (Optional Boost)
- Using a referral code (e.g., “Lisk24”) upon joining unlocked bonus points.
- Sharing a referral code earned 10% of the points accumulated by referred users.
6. Season-Specific Notes
- Season 1 Ended on February 28, 2025.
- Rewards are being distributed between March 24–31, 2025.
