- Eligible users received a 1-year locked CHAT neuron.

- OpenChatBot notified eligible users and requested their NNS dapp principal for claiming.
- Users had one week to respond with their principal.
- The claim process closed on April 14, 2023.

- Only the 2,000 oldest OpenChat users were eligible.
