Eligibility is determined based on interaction with the Viction ecosystem in the following categories:
1. Governance Participants (30% Allocation – 375,000 VIC)
General Allocation (11,305 Eligible Addresses - Equal Share Distribution)
- Addresses that have interacted with any of the following governance-related activities:
- TomomasterDAO voting proposals
- Holding TDAO tokens
- Participating in Viction proposals on the Saigon Network
- Voting for Saigon Network Upgrade and VIP #1
Bonus Allocation (4,258 Eligible Addresses - Weighted Share Distribution)
- Addresses that specifically voted for the Saigon Network Upgrade and VIP #1
- The number of VIC tokens delegated for voting determines the weighted bonus allocation.
2. Active Users with Selected Projects (30% Allocation – 375,000 VIC)
General Allocation (16,133 Eligible Addresses - Equal Share Distribution)
- Addresses that have interacted with any of the following selected projects:

- Airdrop rewards are distributed via Coin98 Super App Vault.
- Participants must claim their rewards before July 5, 2025; unclaimed rewards will be retrieved.
